How Do I...

Navigate the Map
Click and drag the map to position it to the location you wish to view. Use the filter and sort functions to customize your search. Only listings that fit your criteria will be shown. Optionally, you can switch between view modes, either map or satellite view.
Filter Listings
Listings can be filtered by price, number of bedrooms, or number of bathrooms. Click or tap on the desired field, and make your selections from the drop-down lists. Listings meeting the selected criteria will be shown on the map on the left, and in the listings on the right.
Sort Listings
Listings can be sorted by available date (available sooner or later), and by price (lower or high price).
View Listing Details
Click or tap on the Listing button to view more details about a property. Alternatively, click or tap on an available property on the map.
Apply for a Listing
Click or tap on the Apply button to apply for a listing. A pop-up will appear with the application. All fields with a red asterisk are required. Filling in optional fields will help expedite your application processing. To exit the application, click or tap the Cancel button.
Log In
Click or tap the Log In button to log in. A pop-up will appear. Enter your email address and password.
Sign Up
Click or tap the Sign Up button to sign up. A pop-up will appear. Select whether you are a Landlord, a Property Manager, or a Tenant.
